|  | I have used several devices like this and found this to be the best yet! It worked as I expected. To me worth the price. The size and weight allowed me to lay it at a surface and operate it to great satisfaction. Reading the other two reviews here is a hint in using this (or other bulb type masturbators). TO avoid the ^"pushes the penis Squeeze the bulb before inserting your penis. Use a water based lube inside the sleeve and a little on the head of your penis. With the bulb squeezed, put the head of your penis into the opening. Release the bulb slowly and it will suck your penis inside. With this device, the valve on the bulb allows you to work the vacuum for best effect. Give it another try and experiment with it. As I said, it was a very good device for me to use.

| | First, there were no instructions concerning placement of the batteries (made in China), after experimenting, I got the unit to vibrate, but only on ^"high^", reducing speed, simply shuts the vibrator down. Second, you will need a small penis to use this product. My cock is about an average 6^" and was too large to properly insert. Once you start pumping, the unit forced my cock back out the mouth. It felt very unnatural inside, as the rubber lining was wrinkled and uneven. Do not waste your money on this unit.

Vibrations arn't worth mentioning, it's a bullet at the top about an inch away from your dick. The pump works and is nice, but plastic too smooth for that to matter. Wouldn't recommend.
