| | So long as you follow the directions, this won't work very well. I put the hose from my Oro-Simulator between the bulb and the unit. Detach the vibro-control unit, and WOW! What a blow-job! You can also use other masterbating sleeves in place of the one provided. Sometimes, you just have to think outside the box.

|  | You can do better for the same price. It is very small, so you better not need full cock coverage. The sleeve isn't very comfortable. The bulb is tricky to use. The vibration location is a fun idea and seems to work ok. It is pretty hard to clean. I threw mine away pretty fast.
